Here's another example of a teacher getting into trouble for using Facebook. A teacher in Georgia, Ashley Payne, was asked to resign because her Facebook page had photos and captions of her drinking and using expletives while on vacation.
Are teachers supposed to be teachers 24/7 and have fewer rights to express themselves as others? Is this a case of Big Brother being a bully or a teacher being naughty? I don't know and I'm not a lawyer I just wish teachers could focus on teaching and not lawsuits.
