Topic: East Meets West
Presenters: Hyunji Kim and Nathan Lyness
In today’s information age, the world is becoming a global village. National boundaries and cultural differences seem increasingly blurred and out of date. So what does the East have in common with the West, and what are the glaring differences? We will examine both sides of the coin for a select number of topics and/or issues like freedom of speech, couples living together before marriage, higher education, human rights etc.
Join us for this innovative presentation by Nathan Lyness, Linguistics (TESOL) major and Hyunji Kim, Business Management major.
