DUI Mock Trial

Fresno State is holding a "DUI Mock Trial"

Sponsored by: The Alcohol Safety Committee and
Department of Criminology

This event is FREE and open to members of the community. The purpose of the trial is to educate students of the risks and consequences of driving under the influence.

The trial will be organized as if it were a real courtroom. The lawyers and witnesses will be played by students from the Department of Criminology. The part of the Judge will be played by Fresno Superior Court Judge Brant Bramer. The mock jury will consist of California State University, Fresno students and they will deliver a mock verdict, however the judge will make the final decision about sentencing. Please arrive before 6 p.m. as we expect a large turnout!
