The following workshops are offered free to Fresno State Faculty at various times throughout the semester.
All workshops are held in Studio 2 in the Library (2nd floor, north).

Using Copyrighted Works in Your Teaching

Whether you are an author or a professor, many occasions will arise when you want to use the copyrighted works of others. This workshop will teach you the main issues to consider when using copyrighted material, including how to determine whether a work is copyrighted, understanding fair use, and deciding whether you will need to ask permission for particular use.
