IRAP - First Generation Students
Campus community,
More than 60% of Fresno State students are the first in their family to attend college.
Nationally, first-generation students aren't as well prepared for college and don't graduate at the same rate as their peers whose parents earned a college degree. Given that such a large percentage of our students are first-generation, and that increasing retention and graduation rates is one of our strategic goals, IRAP took a look at how Fresno State's first-gen students compare to its continuing gen students.
You can see the results at either of these urls.
